| Security Deposit | A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 may be applicable for entire-villa and group bookings. Any applicable deposit will be communicated before booking confirmation. |
| Maximum Occupancy | Maximum occupancy varies by stay option. The registered number of guests must not exceed the permitted occupancy. |
| Housekeeping | The property is thoroughly prepared before check-in. Light housekeeping during the stay is available at designated times/on request. |
| Linen & Towels | Fresh linen and towels are provided at check-in. Additional replacement or changes are available based on the duration of stay and reasonable guest requirements. |

Our trees, garden and natural surroundings are an important part of the Sea Krest Manor experience. Please help us protect the coconut and mango trees, plants, garden and surrounding environment.
Please treat the property, furniture, appliances, games and amenities with care. Guests may be charged for damage, breakage or loss caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.
Please follow the safety and usage instructions provided at the property. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult, particularly when using the terrace, bathtub, outdoor areas, games and other recreational amenities.
